BOX was founded in 2012 by Ben Totty and has since grown to become a leading voice of innovation in the dance sector, with offices in London and New York. 

Originating from the UK, Ben began his career as a trained dancer, building a broad range of experience within the entertainment industry before developing a prolific career as a leading dance manager, agent, casting director, and producer. Cultivating and promoting unique talent, today BOX represents trailblazing choreographers, creative directors, movement directors, performance artists and dancers across Europe and the USA. We maintain longstanding relationships with the most prominent clients in the worlds of fashion, music, film, live performance and visual art, and work closely with the industry’s biggest institutions and production companies to ensure their visions are brought to life. 

Burberry, Versace, Christian Dior, Gucci, Valentino, Vivienne Westwood, Missoni and Comme de Garçons are just a handful of the luxury brands whom BOX have worked with on campaigns and runway presentations. Our talent is frequently utilized by prominent commercial giants including Coca Cola, Pepsi, Smirnoff, Huawei, Adidas, H&M, GAP, Mercedes Benz, Nike and Veuve Cliquot. 

Music artists we have cast and provided direction for include Dua Lipa, Harry Styles, Sam Smith, Rosalia, Florence + the Machine, Troye Sivan, Kim Petras, Tove Lo and Years & Years, including work on awards shows such as the Grammys, AMAs, MTV VMAs, and the European Music Awards. In print and online our artists have contributed to editorials and films for Nowness, Dazed and Confused, iD, British Vogue, Vogue Italia and V-Magazine. Across multiple projects we continue to work with cultural institutions such as Tate, Serpentine Galleries, Frieze, The Guggenheim, The Joyce Theatre and The Southbank Centre.
